Air Conditioning Introduction to GENT air conditioning series products GENT has a series of air conditioning unit that can directly blow air into the room to achieve indoor space cooling or heating. This series includes Evaporative Air Conditioning, Air To Air Heat Pump, Fan Coil and Water To Air Heat Pump. Each of these products is different and can meet the different needs of different users. Among them, evaporative air conditioning is a single cooling central ac unit suitable for large indoor space cooling. This air conditioner adopts a spilt structure of indoor and outdoor units, with tap water as the cooling source, and achieves indoor space cooling by blowing air directly into the room. The air to air heat pump is an central air conditioning unit designed by GENT specifically for greenhouse scenes. The unit uses air as the heating and cooling sources and blows air directly into the room to achieve indoor space heating and cooling. Fan coil is a kind of indoor terminal suitable for heat pump that produce water. Fan coil can achieve the heat exchange between the water produced by the heat pump and indoor air by blowing air into the room, thereby achieving indoor space heating and cooling. Water to air heat pump is a heating and air conditioning water source hvac unit that outputs air directly. Different from ordinary Water Source Heat Pump, this unit does can blowing air directly into the room to achieve indoor space heating and cooling without indoor terminals. Users who have indoor space heating and cooling needs can choose the corresponding unit according to the specific characteristics of each product. There is always a unit that can meet your needs. We look forward to receiving your consultation information. Innovation boosts development of Ningbo presses industry
Since the beginning of this year, international crude oil prices have surged, leading to a sharp increase in the costs of plastics and other raw materials. This has significantly impacted the injection molding machine market, causing a noticeable decline in demand. In response to the rapidly evolving market environment, manufacturers in Ningbo have accelerated their technological innovation and product development efforts, continuously optimizing production techniques to ensure the sustainable growth of the industry.
Ningbo is one of China's most significant centers for plastic manufacturing, accounting for 54% of the country’s total press output. Out of the top 10 presses in China, five are from Ningbo. However, despite the industry's rapid growth, only less than 20 out of over 140 complete machine manufacturers possess independent R&D capabilities. Most companies still rely on imitation, purchasing expensive imported equipment to produce low-cost consumer goods—this remains a major challenge for Ningbo’s manufacturing sector. The transition from "big" to "strong" has become a key issue facing the industry.
Recently, the national government announced plans to cultivate China’s "Eleventh Five-Year" Famous Brand Products, with injection molding machines being one of the target industries. This provides a great opportunity for Ningbo’s plastic machinery firms to build strong domestic brands. Currently, four major enterprises in the city have been included in the national brand-building plan, while many others are setting up strategies to develop provincial and city-level brand names.
In the context of economic globalization, independent innovation has become the inevitable path for the development of the press industry. Recently, Ningbo Haitian Group officially joined the Ningbo R&D Park, securing an 8,000-square-meter research space to expand its Plastic Machinery Research Institute. This marks the third major project under the group’s technology center. Haitian has consistently invested 5% of its annual sales revenue into R&D, with this year’s budget reaching approximately 150 million yuan. The company has also invested 45 million yuan in technological upgrades. Recently, they successfully developed the HTSA2500 double servo control oil-electric hybrid energy-saving injection molding machine, which offers up to 40% energy savings and features four patented technologies, achieving advanced performance levels both domestically and internationally.
Ningbo Hongxun Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on high-tech products such as control computers for electric injection molding machines, servo drive systems, and network management systems. Leading enterprises in Ningbo are now launching high-value-added, cost-effective presses that meet the urgent needs of domestic plastic processing companies, including large-scale second-plate machines, high-speed models, and energy-efficient variable frequency and all-electric injection molding machines—many of which are at the forefront of domestic technology.
The Ningbo municipal government has also provided policy support to help the industry grow. In September, the city issued the "Notice on the 2007 Special Project Plan for the Advancement of Key Technological Industries," with Haitian Group’s projects, including the production of 3,000 full-electric injection molding machines and 15 technological upgrades, included in the plan. Projects included in the special plan will receive 8% financial subsidies based on actual investments in equipment and technology. Recently, Haitian received a 5 million yuan national grant to establish a precision plastic injection molding visualization platform and a polymer material performance testing platform, along with advanced testing equipment and simulation software. Once completed, the project is expected to bring significant breakthroughs in energy efficiency, injection speed, positional accuracy, and noise reduction, closing the gap with international standards.
According to Shi Bo, Secretary of the Ningbo Plastics Machinery Association, making Ningbo the global center for plastic machinery is the core goal for the next few years. Cultivating talent, increasing R&D investment, and attracting industry leaders are the three key steps toward building a world-class press center. During the “Eleventh Five-Year†period, Ningbo aims to accelerate structural adjustments in plastic products. By 2010, the industry is expected to reach 90,000 sets of output and 20 billion yuan in industrial value, raising the share of new presses from 10% to 30%, reducing reliance on imports by half, and achieving a substantial transformation from "large" to "strong."
