My first conveyor belt drum vulcanizing machine, the Rubber Six Group, was launched.
Recently, the drum vulcanizing machine produced by Qingdao Rubber Six Group Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the installation and commissioning process carried out by Zhejiang Shuangjian Rubber Co., Ltd. The pilot-produced conveyor belts have met all the required physical indicators and performance standards. This marks the first time that a domestic enterprise has successfully developed a drum vulcanizing machine for conveyor belts, representing a significant breakthrough in China's rubber machinery industry.
Meng Qinggong, manager of Qingdao Rubber Six Group Co., Ltd., stated that the domestic conveyor belt industry has experienced rapid growth over the years. The drum vulcanizer offers unique advantages such as a compact footprint and continuous vulcanization capabilities. After conducting thorough market research, the group’s leading mechanical engineering company established a dedicated R&D team. Following six months of persistent efforts, the design of the drum vulcanizing machine was completed successfully. The company then sent its top engineers to manufacture the various components, which were assembled in March of this year.
In recent years, Qingdao Rubber Six Group has actively promoted independent innovation, continuously introducing new products and advanced technologies. By the end of 2005, the company had completed 21 national key projects and new product initiatives, along with over 60 technical development projects. Out of these, 45 projects filled gaps in domestic technology. Currently, the group owns 16 products with full intellectual property rights, including 5 that have been granted national invention patents. This achievement not only highlights the company’s technological strength but also reflects the growing maturity of China’s industrial manufacturing sector.
