With the rapid development of international trade, the variety and quantity of customs clearance goods have proliferated, the customs clearance inspection tasks are arduous, and the speed of laboratory inspection and analysis has been unable to meet the demand of import and export trade. At the same time, most of the existing rapid detection instruments have the problems of single detection parameters and low detection sensitivity, which is difficult to meet the requirements of the new form. In response to this demand, in order to make up for the shortage of on-site inspection technology at existing ports and improve customs clearance efficiency, the project team led by Steel Research Institute Technology Co., Ltd. declared the country with the “Development and Application of Multi-parameter Non-destructive Tester for Cross-border Goods”. Major scientific instrument and equipment development special 2017 project, and received support.
The project of “Development and Application of Multi-parameter Non-destructive Tester for Cross-border Goods” is recommended by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and led by Steel Research Institute. Detection limit; double-wavelength transient differential Raman technique to overcome complex matrix fluorescence background interference, accurately extract Raman weak signal; develop XRF and Raman co-focus integrated composite technology, and eliminate signal interference; establish cross-border goods multi-parameter Fast, accurate and sensitive detection methods on site.
Dr. Zhao Chunyang first introduced the leaders and experts who attended the meeting; the vice president of the steel research institute, Nak Bao Lei, delivered a speech and expressed warm welcome and gratitude to everyone. Researcher Liu Jinchang, on behalf of the High Technology Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, implemented the management guidelines and policies for the development of major national scientific instruments and equipment, and put forward clear requirements for the mid-term inspection of the project.
The leaders and experts at the meeting listened to the project's interim report, conducted on-site inspection of the instrument, watched the experimental demonstration, and conducted consultation and discussion on the implementation of the project. The expert group also put forward specific requirements and suggestions for future project work. Through careful evaluation, the expert group gave the mid-term inspection result level of the project as “excessive completion”.
