Based on the research and application of ultrasonic-infrared crane box beam micro-crack detection technology, the project designed a micro-crack detection system for crane box beam based on ultrasonic-infrared. Based on the characteristics of ultrasonic guided wave and infrared thermal imaging detection, a comprehensive method for detecting cracks in crane box beam is proposed, and a set of ultrasonic-infrared detection equipment experimental platform for crane box beam microcrack is developed. The project applies for 3 national invention patents (2 authorized), 2 software copyright registrations, 3 academic papers, and independent intellectual property rights. The experimental platform is subject to third-party professional testing and field testing, and meets the relevant standards. After demonstration use, it reflects well and has obvious social benefits prospects. The appraisal committee unanimously believes that the project is innovative and has reached the international advanced level in the research on the micro-crack size identification method of the crane box-type load-bearing beam based on the thermal image sequence wavelet neural network, and agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievements appraisal.
"Analysis of Degradation of Metal Structure Performance of Portal Cranes Based on Multi-feature Parameters" The project establishes a degradation model suitable for the performance analysis of metal structures of portal cranes, simulates the performance degradation behavior of metal structures, and studies the initial and degraded quantities of mechanical properties. In the corresponding relationship, the method of multi-feature parameter analysis of metal structure performance degradation is proposed, which provides a new simple engineering evaluation method for the safety of metal structure of portal crane. The project obtained 2 authorized utility model patents, promulgated 1 local standard in Guangdong Province, and published 3 academic papers with independent intellectual property rights. The results of the project have been applied in Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd. Nansha Grain General Terminal Branch, Guangzhou Nansha Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd., etc., reflecting good results and having important application prospects. The appraisal committee unanimously believes that the project is innovative and has reached the domestic advanced level in the application of multi-feature parameter evaluation methods for the degradation of metal structure performance of portal cranes.
The project appraisal meeting will give full play to the third-party technology evaluation role of the science and technology community, enhance the innovation and service capabilities of the society, and promote the transfer of government functions.
