Solar water heaters have done their best both in terms of structure technology and product quality. However, due to the lack of stable "tap water" in alpine and remote areas of rural areas, the full impact of solar water heaters has been affected. Solar water heaters have done their best in terms of structural processes and product quality. However, due to the particularity of solar water heater installation location and the diversification of installation methods determine the limitations of its use, some deadly use bottlenecks restrict the overall promotion of solar water heaters. Some alpine and remote areas in rural areas do not have stable “tap water”. Solar water heaters and hot water tanks are far away from the use of hot water or small free fall height will affect the full play of solar water heaters.

The author has been engaged in solar water heater structure and installation process design for many years. The system has summarized a variety of installation processes for solar hot water systems. Here, on May 23, 2012, we obtained the “One Machine, Three Uses” of the national invention patent (Patent No.: ZL2009101643.8) as an example, shared with professionals in the industry, hereinafter referred to as “Intelligent King Control System”.

"One machine" means one pump, and "three-use" means three uses. This is to reduce system costs. Its most influential role is to achieve "negative pressure" on the water, pumping water from deep wells to solar water heaters, selecting pumps with different heads to adapt to deep wells of different depths, completely deviating from dependence on tap water, and the system is equipped with Automatic circulation and automatic hot water pressurization.

Features

The system is widely applicable to low water pressure or negative pressure water supply, solves the problems of ordinary solar water heater pipeline "cold water" left (hot water is turned on immediately), hot water outflow pressure and other issues. According to the user needs the amount of hot water to select different capacity of the storage tank, can provide users with 50 °C ~ 90 °C hot water. When the storage tank is operating at zero pressure, the system is more stable and reliable. The system provides a set of dedicated control instruments and an integrated control box to provide fully automatic and intelligent services for the system. The system has the following functions:

1. Automatic pressurized water: suitable for low water pressure or negative water pressure. When the water tank is below 30% capacity, the meter automatically starts the self-priming pump and stops when the pressure is increased to 100%;

2. The automatic circulation of the pipeline: The hot water is turned on immediately, which overcomes the long waiting time before ordinary solar water heaters use hot water, and can effectively prevent freezing of the pipeline in the cold winter. When the “water temperature difference” in the storage tank and the pipeline is higher than the set value, it will automatically cycle; when it reaches the set “water temperature difference”, it will stop automatically;

3. Automatic hot water pressurization: Turn on the tap hot water switch, the tube hot water automatically pressurized, use hot water handy;

4. Can be used as a water storage tower: intelligent control box and intelligent control instrument can independently control the water tower water storage, and easily solve the family water problem.

working principle

Smart Wang solar water heater control system consists of intelligent control instruments, pipeline integration systems and storage tanks and other components. When the water level in the storage tank is lower than 30%, the self-priming pump will automatically start work and pressurize the upper water to the storage tank. When the water level in the storage tank reaches 100%, the self-priming pump will automatically stop working to achieve automatic boosting of water. Features. When the sunlight radiates to the collector, the "hot water" generated in the collector tube is naturally exchanged with the "cold water" of the storage tank (called natural circulation), and the water temperature in the storage tank is increased.

When the system automatically detects that the water temperature difference between the storage tank and the user's water end is greater than the “temperature difference setting value”, the meter will automatically start the pump work to achieve the cycle (forced circulation), and the water temperature at the water end will increase as time goes by; when the temperature difference between the water end and the storage tank When it is less than the “temperature difference setting value”, the meter will automatically stop the pump work, so that it is easy to achieve a hot water. In order to facilitate universal application, the system uses “separate components” to describe its working principle, and the solar meter and intelligent control system we have developed adopts the principle of single-chip microcomputer and integrates its functions on the intelligent king control instrument, as shown in Figure 1. The intelligent king control system has the function of “power on hot water,” “hot water boost,” and “low water pressure or negative pressure on the water.” The principle of combination of temperature difference and time control is adopted, and a temperature difference cycle is performed within a selected period of time so as to maintain hot water in the pipeline at any time.

2. Operation method: When using hot water, open the faucet directly and the booster pump will automatically start work. When the hot water is stable, adjust the cold and hot water volume. After the water is used, it will be closed directly and the booster pump will automatically stop working.

3. The main components of the system: one normally open solenoid valve, one 12V DC power supply, one 12V relay, one temperature controller, one time controller, and one booster pump.

4. The characteristics of the system: There is no "cold water" in the pipeline, which avoids the waste of water resources; there is hot water at any time in the pipeline, which can realize hot water start-up; hot water pressure is sufficient, and the bath is comfortable; with low water pressure or negative pressure The Sheung Shui function; the number of pipeline cycles is less, “heat loss” is effectively controlled; it is easy to operate and fully intelligent.

Heat Pump System

Heat pumps are used to transfer heat because less high-grade energy is required than is released as heat. Most of the energy for heating comes from the external environment, only a fraction of which comes from electricity (or some other high-grade energy source required to run a compressor). In electrically-powered heat pumps, the heat transferred can be three or four times larger than the electrical power consumed, giving the system a coefficient of performance (COP) of 3 or 4, as opposed to a COP of 1 for a conventional electrical resistance heater, in which all heat is produced from input electrical energy.

Heat pumps use a refrigerant as an intermediate fluid to absorb heat where it vaporizes, in the evaporator, and then to release heat where the refrigerant condenses, in the condenser. The refrigerant flows through insulated pipes between the evaporator and the condenser, allowing for efficient thermal energy transfer at relatively long distances.
