Referring to low-carbon and environmental protection, Paolo Gasparotto explained that the centrally located heat exchanger ensures that the renewable energy can be fully recycled and that each watt of energy can be used for the drying of the polymer. Another processing advantage is that one dryer can be taken off-line and a completely new regenerated dryer can be replaced, thereby not only greatly reducing the energy consumption but also achieving a more uniform heating and a lower airflow rate.
