On June 8, 2009, representatives of the Chinese neoprene industry filed with the Ministry of Commerce an application for an interim review of dumping and dumping margins applicable to anti-dumping measures applicable to chloroprene rubber originating in Japan, requesting a recalculation of the Japanese manufacturers and exporters. The mid-term review investigation should normally be completed within 12 months from the date of review of the case, that is, before August 28, 2010.
