After this measure is adopted, although the purpose of reducing the sealing temperature can be achieved, a large amount of water is virtually wasted, which is detrimental to safety, environmental protection and energy conservation. What can be done? As a result, equipment personnel started to use their brains to machine and install a precision fixture on the existing machine enclosures. The two halves were fixed with bolts, the fixtures were hollowed out, and the inlet and outlet ports were connected with cooling water. The heat is removed by cooling water circulation.
Through the use of observation for more than a month, the fixture designed by the workshop has received good results. Not only the cooling effect is good, but also the circulating cooling water can be recovered. Both environmental protection and energy saving can serve two purposes.
