New Tire Model: Made in China, Not Made in China

Statistics from the China Rubber Industry Association show that China is now the world’s largest tire production and export country. In 2008, tire production reached 350 million, of which 40% were exported and about 1/3 were exported to the United States. The "Racing Mode" RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) intelligent tire identification system is the only domestic and internationally advanced tire "electronic ID card" system developed by Race Wheels, which will push the information technology content of China's tire products to the international advanced level. The "race mode" uses new materials to partially replace natural rubber, breaking through the raw material bottleneck of rubber tires. Natural rubber is the most important raw material for tires. Due to the constraints of climate and other conditions, only Southeast Asia has become the main production base for natural rubber. The number is limited, and prices fluctuate greatly. How to break through the bottleneck of natural rubber is a major problem in this industry. Race Wheels will apply the new material, isoprene rubber, to tires, which can replace 30% of natural rubber without changing the traditional tire production process. At the same time, it can extend the service life of tires by 50% and save 2.5 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers. It has broad development prospects and huge economic and social benefits.

The "race mode" has taken a big step forward in tire retreading and the disposal of used tires, pushing for a circular economy. China has become a world leader in tire production and consumption. However, China’s natural rubber resources are extremely scarce. 73% of the annual demand depends on imports, but “a large number of resources are developed, large-scale production of products, large-scale consumption, and large amounts of waste are generated.” The article has been abandoned by developed countries, and has developed at the cost of overdrawing resources and harming the environment. How to recycle, reduce, and harmless used tires is not only related to environmental protection as an important social issue, but also an important prerequisite for ensuring the sustainable development of China's national economy. Race Wheels currently masters world-class tire retreading and used tire processing technologies. Its independently developed annular tread is currently only produced in Italy by the Italian Maregoni. Its tire retreading X-ray and hologram detection technologies It is also the world leader. In 2009, the racing wheel tyre retreading factory was officially put into operation. At present, the racing wheel company is setting up a tyre renovation point along the road, which will also play an important role in ensuring traffic safety and reducing traffic accidents.
