Since the development of the project, it has received strong support from the Henan Provincial Government and the Xinxiang Municipal Government. It has allocated 40 million yuan as a supporting fund and has specifically formulated a procurement plan for 200 electric passenger cars. In the government sector, the number of fuel vehicles purchased and used will be fully reduced, and each department will replace all fuel vehicles with long-distance official business except 1-2 fuel vehicles for pure electric vehicles.

The passenger car project for Xinxiang chassis replacement is a breakthrough and is also a useful attempt of the new business model of the State Grid, which is “mainly changing power supply, supplementing plug-in power supply, centralized charging, and unified distribution”.
