Here's a message from Michael D. Douglass: We’re excited to share a few glimpses of our new Sutphen Engine 242, which is currently under construction. It’s expected to arrive sometime in October, and it will soon replace our 2004 American LaFrance engine. This marks the fifth Sutphen apparatus in our fleet — three engines, one tower ladder, and one squad unit. It’s always great to see our department continue to modernize and improve our equipment to better serve the community. Michael D.
