At 7:28 am , On December 7th 2016, in CCCC Bomesc Marine Industry Co.,Ltd ,the second DCM(deep mixing engineering ship) developed in china independently was launched by airbag technology. This ship is with 74m long, 32m wide, 5.0m deep, 3.45m design draft and its launching weight is more than 3000ton. The ship airbags and fenders technical research center of shandong changlin undertook this project independently. They designed and calculated a considerable solution according to the ship with such features as small length-width ratio, concentrated weight and large opening at head end. As the second one is quite far from waterfront due to two ships was constructed at the same time and in the same building berth, thus the second one is quite far from waterfront. And Airbag Staggered arrangement is needed according to technical requirement. So we strictly control the position deviation of airbag and ensure the ship can be transported to designated position. This is another two new engineering ship after 20,000 dwt self propelled semi submersible vessel, offshore oil drilling platform and wind turbine installation vessel, which create a new record of new designed engineering ship launching.
