MABAS, ILTF-1, & Air One at NIPSTA

The Cook County Board President made a visit to NIPSTA today, where he was given a comprehensive tour of various regional assets that have received support from the county—either in part or fully. The event showcased a range of emergency response units, including several MABAS specialty teams, and highlighted the ongoing multi-day training exercise by ILTF-1. Air One was also on-site with four helicopters, while NIPSTA fire training classes were actively taking place. Tim Olk and Larry Shapiro attended the event and captured several photos highlighting the impressive display of equipment and personnel. These images provide a glimpse into the coordination and readiness of the region’s emergency services.
