1: The machine features a metal plate welded structure with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology, ensuring high strength and rigidity.
2: Double hydraulic cylinders are used for upper transmission, equipped with mechanical limit stopper and synchronized torsion bar, offering stable and reliable operation and high precision.
3: Electrical control and manual fine-tuning mode are used for distance of rear stopper and stroke of gliding block, integrated with numeric controller based on the WC67Y series press brake.
4: Upper punch clamping is fitted with a deflection compensation device.
5: Multi-steps programming function allows automatic operation and continuous positioning of multi-steps procedures, as well as automatic precision adjustment for positions of rear stopper and upper beam.
6: The machine includes a bend counting function, real-time display of processing quantity, power-failure memory of positions of rear stopper, upper beam, programs, and parameters.
