1: The machine features a metal plate welded structure, with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology, ensuring high strength and rigidity.
2: Double hydraulic cylinders are used for upper transmission, equipped with mechanical limit stopper and synchronized torsion bar, providing stable and reliable operation with high precision.
3: Electrical control and manual fine-tuning mode are used for rear stopper distance and gliding block stroke, fitted with numeric controller based on the WC67Y series press brake.
4: Upper punch clamping includes a deflection compensation device.
5: Multi-steps programming function allows automatic operation and continuous positioning of multi-step procedures, as well as automatic precision adjustment for rear stopper and upper beam positions.
6: The machine offers a bending counting function, real-time display of processing quantity, power-failure memory of rear stopper, upper beam, programs, and parameters.
