Shi Lishan, deputy director of the New Energy and Renewable Energy Division of the National Energy Administration, believes that these problems are closely related to the immature development of wind power and unregulated industry management.

The National Energy Administration did a lot of active exploration in strengthening industry management last year. Although some achievements have been made, the environment facing wind power development has not undergone qualitative changes, and it is difficult to achieve major breakthroughs in the near future.
