Cause of the fault:
1 The tightening torque is too large during assembly and the force is uneven. As there is no strict torque wrench used in the assembly, the specific tightening torque is not well understood, and the tighter the better; the tightening of the connecting rod bolt with a longer forcing rod, the tightening torque is too large, exceeding the bolt material The yield limit causes the connecting rod bolt to yield and deform, causing it to break under excessive impact due to the impact load. It should be emphasized that Guangding should tighten the connecting rod bolts according to the standard. Do not think that the tighter the bigger the better.

2 The connecting rods of the diesel engine are divided into multiple levels, and care should be taken not to use different levels of connecting rods during the overhaul.
