Project Description:
The project is located on the west side of Xi'an Textile City Subway Station, Xiwang Village, Xiwang Street, Yongqiao District. The land area is east to Bus Station West Station, west to Xinyi Road, north to Xinsi Street, and South to Spinbei Road. The land area is 82000m2, and the total building area is 677853m2, of which, the area above ground is 522853m2, the residential area is 327143m2, the commercial area is 195710m2, and the basement area is 155000m2. The planned total number of households is 2860, and the expected occupancy is 9152 people. The green rate of the project is 30%, the building density is 38%, and the floor area ratio is 6.37. The total project investment is unknown.
