Main Structure of the Tubular Centrifuge:

The tubular centrifuge is designed with a robust main body, an efficient transmission system, a high-speed rotating drum, a liquid collection tray, and a feeding bearing base. The drum features a flexible main shaft at the top and a damping floating bearing at the bottom. This design allows for smooth operation and reduces mechanical stress during high-speed rotation. A linked buffering device connects the main shaft to the passive wheel, while the motor drives the system through a conveyor belt and fastening wheel, enabling the drum to rotate at high speeds and generate strong centrifugal force. Materials are introduced from the bottom inlet, where they are separated by density due to the centrifugal force. Lighter components move toward the center, while heavier materials are pushed outward and collected on the drum wall.

Types of the Tubular Centrifuge:

GF Model: This model separates liquids based on their density differences. Heavier liquids form an outer ring, while lighter ones form an inner ring, allowing them to be discharged through separate outlets. Solid particles settle on the drum wall and are manually removed after the machine stops.

GQ Model: In this type, solid particles with higher density gradually accumulate on the inner wall of the drum, forming a sediment layer. These solids are manually removed once the machine is turned off, while the clarified liquid flows out through the upper outlet.

Working Principle of the Tubular Centrifuge:

The stainless steel tubular centrifuge consists of a housing, drive unit, bowl, liquid collecting pan, and a feeding bearing seat. When the machine operates, the material is fed into the bowl from the bottom. As the bowl rotates at high speed, a strong centrifugal force field is created, causing the material to flow upward along the bowl’s inner surface. Due to the difference in density, the material separates into distinct layers—lighter liquids move toward the center, while heavier liquids and solids are pushed outward. The separated liquids are discharged through their respective outlets, while the solids remain on the bowl wall and are manually removed after the process is complete.
