Saw blade purchase and correct use

First, how to choose the right blade?

1, basic data: 1 machine spindle speed, 2 workpiece thickness and material processing, 3 blade saw diameter size and diameter (shaft diameter);

2. Selection basis: Calculated from the spindle rotation speed and the outside diameter of the saw blade. Cutting speed: V = π × outside diameter D × rotation speed N/60 (m/s) Reasonable cutting speed is generally 60-90 m/s second,

Specific suggestions:

Material cutting speed
Cork 60-90 (m/s)
Hardwood 50-70 (m/s)
Particleboard, plywood 60-80 (m/s)

Excessive cutting speeds, large machine vibrations, loud gongs, reduced blade stability, reduced machining quality, too low cutting speed, and reduced production efficiency. At the same feed rate, the amount of cut per tooth increases, affecting the quality of the work and the life of the saw. Because the blade diameter D and the spindle rotational speed N are power functions, in actual applications, it is most economical to reasonably increase the rotational speed and reduce the blade diameter.

3, quality ratio:

As the saying goes: "No good goods are cheap, good goods are not cheap." It may be true for other goods, but I am afraid that the tool tool is not entirely independent; the key is matching. Many factors on the job site: such as equipment sawing objects, quality requirements, personnel quality and so on. Conduct a comprehensive assessment and sensibly choose the best use of materials to achieve cost savings, reduce costs, and participate in industry competition. This depends on the mastery of professional knowledge and understanding of similar product information.

Second, the correct use:

In order for the blade to perform its best performance, it must be used strictly in accordance with the specifications;

1. Different specifications and uses of the saw blade, the design of the cutter head angle and the form of the substrate are different, as far as possible according to their corresponding occasions;

2. The size and shape accuracy of the spindles and splints of the equipment have a great influence on the use effect. Check and adjust before installing the saw blade. In particular, the factors affecting the slippage caused by the clamping force at the interface between the splint and the blade must be eliminated.

3. Pay attention to the working conditions of the saw blade at any time, such as vibrations, squeaks, and moving conditions of the processing surface. It is necessary to stop the machine in time and make timely adjustments to maintain sharpness.

4. The sharpening saw blade must not change its original angle to avoid partial quenching and cooling of the cutter head.

5, temporarily do not use the saw blade to hang vertically, to avoid prolonged lay, but should not be stacked on the pile, the head should be protected, not allowed to collide.

Propylene Glycol is an important raw material for unsaturated polyester, epoxy Resin, and polyurethane resin. The amount in this area accounts for about 45% of the total consumption of propylene glycol. This unsaturated polyester is used in large quantities for surface coatings and reinforced plastics.
