Introduction
This series of submersible screw pumps consists of three main parts: the pump unit, the seal system, and the motor. The pump unit is located at the top of the electric pump and includes components such as the screw and the rubber stator. The motor is placed at the bottom of the pump and is typically a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. Mechanical seals are used between the pump and the motor, while O-ring seals made from oil-resistant rubber are used for static sealing at all fixed joints.
Applications
Ideal for water supply from wells or reservoirs. Suitable for domestic use, civil, and industrial applications. Great for garden irrigation. These pumps can operate efficiently even at high head levels, thanks to their design without a bottom dead center. With high head capacity, efficiency, and a wide operating range, they are widely used in long-distance water supply systems, aquaculture oxygenation, deep well pumping, urban and rural water pressure boosting, and more.
Operating Conditions
Maximum fluid temperature: +35°C. Maximum sand content: 0.25%. Maximum immersion depth: 50 meters. Minimum well diameter: 4 inches.
Motor and Pump
Rewindable motor or fully sealed motor available. Three-phase: 380V-415V / 50Hz. Single-phase: 220V-240V / 50Hz. Pumps are designed with casing stress resistance in mind.

Optional features include digital auto-control boxes, special mechanical seals, and alternative voltages or frequencies (e.g., 60Hz).
