This is a washable, permanent, bonded aluminum metal mesh air filter and range hood filter. It's suitable for both applications. The corners are hammered to remove sharp edges and strengthen the frame channel, ensuring durability. Our standard duty aluminum frame is heavier than those used by other manufacturers. One corner is secured with an aluminum rivet and flattened for better stability.
