This pump is ideal for transporting various types of oil, including heavy oil, diesel fuel, lubricants, and animal and vegetable oils. It can also handle fluids with low flash points when equipped with copper gears, such as gasoline and benzene. Please note that the media temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the operating temperature of the oil pump should not be higher than 300°C. The pump includes a safety valve to protect against high-temperature operation. Sealing options include skeleton seals, mechanical seals, and stuffing seals. Please specify your preferred seal type when placing an order.

The 2CY series Gear Pump is primarily designed for use in lubrication systems of mechanical equipment. It is suitable for transporting oils with lubricating properties, provided their viscosity is below 300cst and the temperature is under 300°C. Stainless steel versions are capable of handling edible oils and beverages. This pump does not have an internal valve. Shaft sealing options include skeleton oil seals, mechanical seals, and stuffing seals.
