This pump is ideal for transporting various types of oils, including thick oil, diesel, lubricants, and animal or vegetable oils. It can also transport fluids with low flash points when equipped with a copper gear, such as gasoline and benzene. Please note that the temperature of the medium should not exceed 70°C, and the maximum operating temperature of the oil pump should be below 300°C. The pump includes a safety valve to ensure safe operation under high temperatures. Available shaft seals include skeleton seal, mechanical seal, and stuffing seal. Please specify your preferred seal type when placing an order.

The 2CY series Gear Pump is primarily used in lubrication systems of mechanical equipment. It is suitable for transporting oils with lubricating properties, provided their viscosity is below 300cst and the temperature is under 300°C. Stainless steel versions are capable of handling edible oils and beverages. This pump does not come with a built-in valve. Shaft seals available are skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal, and stuffing seal.
