Introduction
The D series horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is composed of several single-stage pumps connected in series. This design allows for high output pressure, achieved through the rotation of the impeller to generate centrifugal force. When air is removed and the concentration meets operational requirements, a high vacuum is created.
The suction, compression, and exhaust processes of the mechanical vacuum pump are based on changes in the pump cavity volume. A distinctive feature of the horizontal single-suction centrifugal pump is its ability to adjust the number of stages according to the actual working pressure.
This pump is known for its efficiency, reliability, durability, low noise levels, ease of maintenance, and wide range of applications.
Our pump is suitable for conveying fluids without solids, particles, or other suspended materials, such as water. For oily, corrosive, or solid-containing liquids, modifications in material selection, sealing methods, and cooling systems can be implemented to accommodate these conditions.
