The GBL series single-screw oil pump (hereinafter referred to as the screw pump) is a modern oil extraction equipment that has gained widespread use in both domestic and international oil fields in recent years. It plays a crucial role in crude oil production and offers a wide range of applications. This product line is not only suitable for extracting low-viscosity crude oil, but also effective for heavy oil, high-freezing-point oil, high-wax oil, sand-laden oil, and gas-rich oil. In recent years, the promotion of this technology has shown a clear trend toward replacing traditional heavy-duty pumps in shallow and medium-depth wells. The screw pump stands out due to its low initial investment, high efficiency, low energy consumption, simple structure, and ease of operation, installation, and maintenance. As application technologies continue to improve, the screw pump is expected to become an essential tool in oil production, with broad prospects for future development. Product Structure The screw oil pump consists of two main components: the surface unit, known as the driver, and the downhole unit, referred to as the pump body. The surface unit can be directly installed on a large flange cross and includes key elements such as an electric motor, V-belt, gear, drive shaft, polish-rod clamp, outlet short joint, pumping rod packing box, and anti-reverse device. These components work together to provide the necessary power and control for the system. The downhole unit, or pump body, includes the stator housing, rotor, stop coupling, and sieve tube. The stator is lowered into the well using tubing and anchored in place. Inside the stator, a mold-pressed synthetic rubber forms the internal helical surface that meshes with the rotor. The contact surface between the stator and rotor is typically elliptical or petal-shaped. The pumping rod is connected to the rotor, which is a moving part made from high-strength steel. It undergoes mechanical processing and surface hard chromium plating to enhance durability. The rotor's surface is either a single helical surface with a round intersection or a multi-helical surface with elliptical or petal-shaped intersections, ensuring efficient and smooth operation under various conditions.
