Introduction: At present, China's electronic weighing apparatus has hundreds of manufacturers, mostly non-automatic weighing devices. Electronic scales have evolved from the previous introduction of technology to their own R&D and design stages. Especially for non-automatic weighing devices in the development of the weighing display controller is even more rapid. However, with the spot checks on the quality of measuring instruments in recent years, it can be found that most of the major measuring instruments are generally improved in terms of product quality and have not significantly improved in the quality of electronic pricing scales.
First, the importance of measurement testing technology in electronic weighing devices
For electronic weighing instruments, metering test technology is particularly critical. It can provide more accurate data for each company, and can provide good quality assurance for the products it produces, and ensure that the products traded in the market can proceed smoothly. This situation is caused by problems in the measurement test, which causes products that do not meet the standards to enter the market and affect the normal order of market transactions. Second, the existence of quality problems
1, when the test temperature does not meet the standard
When manufacturing electronic pricing scales, the temperature is usually tested by watching them change in the environment by placing them in different conditions at high and low temperatures. China's use of electronic pricing scales is specified between -10 and 40°C and storage temperature is between -30 and 80°C to ensure the accuracy of the indicators. If the electronic pricing scale does not meet the standards, then once the environment is hot or cold, there will be greater errors, which will have a greater impact on the test results.

2. Make electronic weighing devices and choose inexpensive materials and facilities for production
Some companies that manufacture electronic weighing instruments blindly hope that they can get the maximum benefit from the lowest investment. Therefore, in the manufacture of appliances, only inexpensive materials and equipment are selected for manufacturing. For example, in the manufacture of electronic pricing scales, load cells are among the most critical components. Some companies use sensors that are relatively low in price and of low quality, making the quality of manufactured electronic pricing scales too poor, and the measurement data inaccurate.
3. The corresponding standards have not been strictly implemented when monitoring manufacturing equipment
When assembling electronic scales, workers are not able to complete the assembly in the shortest possible time in order to be able to use the fastest time to complete the assembly. This has made it impossible for electronic scales to pass through in terms of quality, resulting in a waste of resources, material resources, and financial resources.
Fourth, with the fault
There are two types of electronic weighing instrument failures: common faults and special faults. The main reasons for these problems are the unreasonable design and installation, the unreasonable use of the product, and the natural wear and tear. Unreasonable product design and installation will result in inconsistent or missing numbers of electronic weighing devices. In the use of electronic weighing instruments in the harsh environment, in the process of use, it is easier to see sand particles in the bottom or side gap, which will make the measured number is not stable enough. This is because the sensors in the body are shielded and affected by external pressure, causing large deviations in the measurement data. At this time, only the impurities in the weighing system need to be removed. Another reason is that the operation is not standardized when installing the electronic scale. For example, some chemical plants in the detection of electronic weighing device, when the weight is less than 30t, the load bearing results are more accurate, but when the weight is greater than 30t, there will be obvious errors, no foreign body was found in the body after the inspection, the voltage of the measuring sensor and The resistance is also very normal. No problem was found in replacing the weighing instrument. Finally, through the addition of weights, it was found that when the weight reached 32 tons, the error would increase, decreasing 1 ton, and the error would decrease accordingly. The iron block used by the pad sensor blocks the steel channel of the weighing platform. There is an empty seam in the empty weighing state, which makes it more accurate when measuring small tonnages, and errors may occur when measuring large tonnages.
The insufficiency of the components themselves will also make the electronic weighing device less stable. This fault will be handled by supplementing the compensation line to the excitation line. Adding a six-wire four-wire structure can enhance the signal and clear the fault. Another aspect that makes the value unstable is the water in the junction box. This condition can be dealt with if it is ventilated and dry. The way to judge these faults is test technology. For example, the resistance value of the compensation line, the excitation line signal line and the shielding line is measured by a multimeter. If the resistance between the measured shielding line and the signal line is 30 ohms, and the signal line surface is short-circuited after fracturing, this problem can be solved by Change the main line for processing.
V. Measurement and Testing Technology
Metering test technology as the fundamental maintenance of electronic weighing instruments, the same failure will be caused by different reasons. For example, in the monitoring, the sensor value changes, the resistance and the cause of the sensor are eliminated, and the problem is caused by the looseness of the screw in the terminal board. Therefore, this condition requires only tightening the screw. In the maintenance phase of the electronic scale, the zero line condition of the sensor is more difficult. Zero drift of the sensor will make the value unstable, but this problem is rare. Only by using a simple measurement tool, it is not possible to determine which sensor is faulty. In this case, processing can be performed by reducing the indexing value [3]. Record the values ​​of all sensors, and record again after a certain period of time. If the value changes, then divide it into the test. After measuring the voltage and resistance, you can find through the test that it is a zero drift problem of the sensor, so just replace it. You can solve the problem.
