The diagnosis of foreign experts pointed out that the current process equipment is suitable, and it is not inferior to other foreign equipment. As long as it breaks through technical barriers, it can fully satisfy production. According to the opinions of experts on local adjustment of equipment, Jinzhou Titanium Dioxide Factory also cooperated with the former CAS Institute of Chemical Industry and Technology, and developed a new type of oxidation furnace using the patented technology of the Institute. After five years of hard work, the entire process has been opened to realize batch production. produce. The breakthrough of this project not only broke the situation in which all of China’s high-grade titanium dioxide relied on imports, but it also ended the history of chlorinated titanium dioxide in China.

The results of some major device transformations have also attracted attention. Henan Zhongyuan Dahua Group Co., Ltd. has an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 520,000 tons of urea. However, during the production process, they found that the methane content at the outlet of the secondary reformer in this unit was high. The original design was 0.9%. The carbon dioxide conversion rate of the urea synthesis tower is low, which causes problems such as increased load on subsequent recovery systems, increased steam consumption, and high ammonia consumption. Although the company's technical staff also conducted technical research, but because some of the technical parameters require high precision and difficulty, the effect is not ideal. To this end, the Group has hired experts from Germany, Italy and Canada to provide technical guidance. After the experts arrived at the company, they proposed to transform the air distributor of the second stage furnace and use the space of the lower part of the urea synthesis tower 16 meters, an increase of 7 blocks. In the high-efficiency tray, the original 10 trays were changed to high-efficiency trays. After the implementation of the plan, not only the methane content at the outlet of the secondary oven reached the design value, but also the carbon dioxide conversion rate of the urea plant was increased. 58% increase to 62%~63%. Calculated by increasing the carbon dioxide conversion rate by 4%, the net saving of medium-pressure steam is about 6 tons/hour, and the subsequent recovery system's load and ammonia loss are reduced, and a long-term problem has been solved. technical challenge. After the above transformation and solution to the bottleneck of synthetic ammonia plants, the production capacity of urea after technological transformation has increased from 520,000 tons/year to 580 tons/year, with an annual new production value of 72 million yuan and a profit of 2348 million yuan.
