Our marine electric capstan anchor winches are designed for a wide range of vessels, from small boats to large commercial ships. The frequency converter drive system ensures smooth operation and precise control. The winch is equipped with local, central, and speed consoles for easy operation and monitoring. The system displays the length of the rope in real time, making it easier for operators to manage the anchoring process. We have developed a 12-point anchor mooring positioning system for semi-submersible lifting platforms, tailored to meet class specifications. This system is driven by a variable frequency motor, capable of handling a single-cord tension of 1500 kN and a supporting load of 5000 kN. It includes a shift gear, dynamic braking system, and advanced constant tension control technology.
