At present, there is no dust meter verification device with good molding or performance, whether domestic or foreign. Foreign applications in this area are expensive (up to 2 million RMB). Most of the domestic use is still imported into the powder equipment and other equipment made in China. The two are built. The closed loop of the whole test process has not been formed, and the system structure is not reasonable. The individual devices have decided because of the limitations of the powder feeding mechanism. The dust used is difficult to meet the requirements of the relevant standards, so the test principle and the dust concentration measuring instrument are very different under actual use conditions.
Therefore, the project team determined the design plan based on the actual use environment. The simulated dust concentration measuring instrument is composed of a main part such as a micro-powder system, an air-inducing filter system, a dust dilution unit, a diffusion unit, a detecting unit, and a dust collecting unit. The basic principle is that the external air is introduced into the device through the high-efficiency filter, and the dust conveyor (with static elimination function) of the micro-powder machine is used to send the dust to the air-inducing pipe to mix with the clean air to form a dust aerosol, and neutralize. After the dust aerosol is further diluted and neutralized by the stirring blade, the dust particles are evenly distributed in the air, and then slowly enter the detection chamber through the diffusion section, so that the fine particle size dust particles are resuspended, and the reference dust is used. The concentration meter (or the filter sampler) and the dust concentration meter to be tested simultaneously collect and detect the dust concentration, and then perform the comparison to obtain the verification result; the dust not collected by the dust concentration measuring instrument (or the filter sampler) enters the dust collector. It is adsorbed by the filter element, and the clean air is discharged through the induced draft fan. It not only meets the needs of the measured measuring instrument and the value transmission, but also ensures the reliability and accuracy of the comparison and detection results.
In the solution of key problems, the project team grasped the key of evenly feeding the dust generating device to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the experimental data. The developed micro-powder system has the adjustable powder amount and high stability to the powder. Features such as long working hours. The powder feeding system has the following characteristics: first, the powder air volume can be adjusted; second, the grading system has a cleaning function and can clean itself, so as to prevent dust from being deposited or adsorbed in the pipeline; and third, the vacuum is partially arranged with a static eliminator. , can be very good to isolate noise. Moreover, the project team will further optimize the experimental parameters and equipment according to the problems found in the actual application, and further improve the uniformity and stability of the device.
After nearly two years of efforts by the project team, the task was completed in accordance with the requirements of the project task book, and a set of verification devices for the dust concentration measuring instrument that can meet the requirements of the JJG846-2015 "dust concentration measuring instrument" metrological verification procedure was developed. It has the conditions for establishing the environment, personnel and equipment of the low-concentration dust meter verification device standard, and solves the problem of traceability of the dust concentration tester.
