The tailings are a reverse-flotation process of the cassiterite-sulfurized ore fine concentrate, and the sulfide product floated by the yellow medicinal agent in the acid-containing ore slurry, which is accumulated for a long time, and the oxidation and agglomeration are more serious. Wherein the metal minerals are mainly cassiterite, arsenopyrite (arsenic pyrite), pyrrhotite, pyrite, sphalerite followed by a yellow and a small amount of copper ore Jamesonite lead ore, and gangue quartz sulfate Salt. The cassiterite is mainly in the form of continuum. It is closely related to gangue minerals and is mostly a granular aggregate. The cassiterite is mainly combined with arsenopyrite and sphalerite, and is associated with pyrite. The higher the grade of fine tin, the higher the arsenic content and the higher the sulfur content.
According to the experimental research, the tailings are comprehensively recovered by the principle of re-election-flotation-re-election, that is, firstly crushed and ground, and then enriched by spiral chute and shaker semi-tin and arsenic to obtain mixed concentrate. A large amount of tailings is discarded, and then flotation is carried out with sulfuric acid, butyl xanthate and pine oil, and arsenic concentrate is selected, and the tailings are floated and then shaken to obtain tin concentrate and tin rich ore. Production indicators are shown in Table 1.

Through production, tin concentrate with a tin grade of 34.5% and a recovery rate of 35.2% and a tin-rich ore with a tin content of 2.6% and a recovery of 15.6% and an arsenic grade of 28% and a recovery of 65% were obtained. Good indicators of arsenic concentrate have achieved the purpose of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, increasing tin smelting raw materials, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
