It is designed to measure tensile strength, tear resistance, peel strength, bending strength, shear force, and other mechanical properties. This electric tensile testing machine uses a motor-driven ball screw system to move the fixtures. A sample is placed between the upper and lower fixtures, and the upper fixture pulls the sample upward at a set speed. A load cell located above the upper fixture detects the tensile force and converts it into an electrical signal that is displayed on the screen. The results are automatically shown on a microcomputer or main computer.
