Fault Cause Processing Method
Fail to start Contact of contactor damaged, wire loose, fuse blown, thermal relay action, voltage too low. Grind contact, reconnect wires, replace fuse, adjust thermal relay.
Fail to stop after start Switch contact damaged, wiring of brake is not connected properly. Grind contact, correct wiring.
Direction of button/switch does not match drum rotation Incorrect power phase sequence. Cut off power, correct power phases.
