The mining block design is based on the determined mining method of the mining block. It is the basis of the single design. The specific contents include:

(1) Determination of the constituent elements of the nugget and the type of bottom structure;

(2) Determination of the recovery plan and the scope of recovery;

(3) Select the bottom cutting method to determine the arrangement of the cutting lane and the cutting groove, as well as the blasting sequence and the blasting direction;

(4) Determine the layout of the rock drilling roadway, and calculate the mining cutting capacity, cutting time and cutting cost on the basis of this;

(5) Determining the ventilation, liaison and transportation system of the stope;

(6) Selection of cutting and cutting equipment;

(7) The mining design plan and the cross section of the mining roadway will be prepared.

The following is a description of the layout of the approved roadway, the design of the roadway section, the calculation of the cutting amount, the cutting time and the cutting cost.

1. Arrangement of the approved roadway The main roadway can be from the stage transportation level, the secondary crushing level, the bottoming level, the segmentation level, and the main section of the section such as the patio section and the cutting groove section. Try to follow the following principles when laying out :

(1) The location of the roadway should conform to the most reasonable structure and parameters of the ore block, and the design should be briefly demonstrated;

(2) should be adapted to the position of the roadway inclination and thickness variations ore, ore and rock as convenient as possible;

(3) The location of the roadway should consider the geological structure of the ore body and the physical nature of the ore rock, avoiding faults, fracture zones, or orthogonal or oblique with the fault.

(4) When arranging rock drilling or moving the roadway, the effective working range of rock drilling and transportation equipment should be considered. For example, the YG-40 rock drill has an effective depth of 10 ~ 12m, and the YG-80 and BBC-120F rock drills are effective. The depth is 20~25m; the effective distance of the electric pick-up equipment is 40-60m;

(5) To ensure the safety of workers, convenient communication, and good ventilation;

(6) Following the combination of exploration and mining , try to use the existing prospecting wells as the mining service, and the mining lanes must continue to play the role of exploration;

(7) When the ore is divided into two steps, the mining roadway should be considered as shared by the mining room.

(8) Try to avoid arranging rock drilling lanes on the gobs where there is danger of collapse;

(9) The location of the electric ramp should be considered to ensure stability, easy to load and arrange ventilation links.

2. Section shape and specification of the roadway The shape and specification of the section can be determined according to the purpose of the roadway, the stability of the rock through the rock and the size of the mining equipment used. Considering that the use time of the mining lane is relatively short, the structure and specifications can be simplified compared with the development of the basic roadway as long as the application is adapted and the safety is permitted. After the dimensions of the roadway section are determined, they should be drawn into a construction drawing.

3. The amount of cutting and the amount of cutting and cutting can be calculated in a list. In the design, when the ore nugget is taken as a step, only the mining and cutting ratio of the whole nugget is counted. When the nugget is harvested in steps, the mining and cutting ratio of the mine and the pillar should be calculated separately.

4. The cutting work sequence and the mining cutting time The cutting work sequence should give priority to the conditions of convenient ventilation, exiting and gas supply, and try to balance the attendance personnel and equipment during the cutting work period. According to the general mining block design, the construction sequence is to first transport the roadway from the tunnel, to the upper and lower stages, and then to the bottom structure to pull the bottom, and at the same time to cut and dig the rock tunnel. According to the sequence, the schedule of the mining block mining and cutting work schedule is prepared, and the cutting time of the ore block is discharged according to the table. Table 2-1 is a table of the commonly used slab block cutting work schedule.

5. The total cost of cutting and cutting the mining block can be obtained according to Table 2-2. The conversion cost to the t-cut per t-stone is calculated by dividing the total cost by the amount of ore produced by the ore (t).

The results of the design should be submitted to the acquisition design specification and the acquisition design chart. In addition to expressing the arguments of the above design, the specification should clarify the geological conditions of the ore and the technical measures and requirements for the construction. The quantity and accuracy of the drawings are subject to the convenience of construction.
