The value of the transmission structure is more reasonable and optimized; when calculating the gear strength, the load spectrum according to the actual working condition is accurately calculated by the ISO6336 calculation method, and the DIN3990 calculation method is checked; the gear adopts a specific modification method; the planetary sun gear is adopted. The double-floating load-bearing design ensures the uniformity of the gear load under working conditions, improves the load-carrying capacity, reduces the vibration and noise, and performs finite element analysis on the main structural parts such as the planet carrier, the ring gear frame and the box body to ensure the finite element analysis. The strength and structure of the whole machine are optimized; the lubrication system is equipped with a dual oil pump system, which ensures the reliability of lubrication; the seals are all specially designed mechanical seals, the seal is reliable, and will never wear and age.
