The JM construction windlasses are composed of a base, motor, elastic coupling, hydraulic brake, enclosed triple-reduction gear box, reel, and brackets with an electrical control cabinet. When the motor starts, the elastic coupling drives the reduction gear box, which in turn drives the rotation of the reel. All motors are YZR-series products that comply with national standards (GB). The operation or braking of the reel is controlled by the hydraulic brake, ensuring synchronized function with the motor. In case of power failure, the reel is immediately braked, offering fast, sensitive, safe, and reliable performance.

Components

Steel Welded Frame
The bottom frame is made from channel steel, providing a firm and stable structure. It includes ground bolt holes and lifting rings. A shaft passes through the drum, which is constructed from welded steel plates or seamless steel pipes on the support shelf.

Motor
The motors are designed for driving various hoisting machinery. They offer high overload capacity and mechanical strength, making them ideal for devices operating in short-time or intermittent modes, frequent starting and braking, or those subjected to vibration and impact.

Brake
Electro-hydraulic block brakes use pullers as driver units. They are commonly used in mechanical braking systems for lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port, and building equipment. These brakes feature quick response, safety, ease of maintenance, low noise, long service life, energy efficiency, and high operational efficiency.

Speed Reducer
A three-stage speed reducer with high-strength gears, large load capacity, and low noise. The input shaft connects to the motor, while the output shaft drives the drum’s forward and reverse rotation.

Control System
Equipped with a push-button controller for starting, speed adjustment, and reversing. Includes forward, stop, reverse, and emergency stop functions, along with an ammeter and indicator light.
